A incid\u00eancia \u00e9 maior nos meses frios e secos, acometendo mais jovens antes dos 10 anos e adultos ap\u00f3s os 35 anos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Mais de 90% dos sangramentos ocorrem na \u00e1rea de Little, uma regi\u00e3o anterior do septo nasal, normalmente s\u00e3o menos intensas e autolimitadas.
